Vets4Energy to deliver luncheon keynote with Honorable Rudolph W. Giuliani at Shale Insight.

SHALE INSIGHT 2015 is one of the most important discussions on shale development, featuring some of the most prominent industry and government leaders. 

Vets4Energy Program Director Capt. James McCormick will be a keynote speaker at the event, talking about energy and national security. The event brings together the most influential industry executives and innovative thought leaders for two days of technical and public affairs insight sessions and a dynamic exhibit hall featuring all the major shale players.

Energy Security = National Security

Captain James McCormick retired from the United States Army where he served both in Operation Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom.  He is the recipient of numerous military awards, including:  Silver Star, Bronze Star Medal with V, Purple Heart Medal, and Meritorious Service Medal, among others. 

Currently, Captain McCormick is working for the West Virginia Department of Agriculture as the Director for the newly established West Virginia Veterans and Warriors to Agriculture project which helps servicemembers transition into careers in agriculture.  Additionally, he serves as the State Program Director for Vets4Energy, a group of volunteer veterans who advocate for energy policies to sustain our national security.
