Veteran's Visibility Day

Veteran's Visibility Day gave the Veterans of West Virginia the opportunity to visit with their Senators and Delegates and ask them to support Veterans Legislation.
The event kicked off at 9:00am and began with presentations for the House and Senate. Following the presentations, the Veterans and attendees had the opportunity to mingle and speak with state delegates, lawmakers, the Governor, and others numerous regarding issues including those pertinent to oil and gas.
Vets4Energy set up outside the House with coffee, donuts, and literature on the vast career opportunities within oil and gas industry. Throughout the morning we were able to discuss the importance of the industry and the role the industry can have on our future with regard to national security, employment for Vets, and bolstering the economy.
