TX leaders react to Trump's order to advance the Keystone XL Pipeline

After years of delays on the approval of the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline, President Donald J. Trump yesterday signed an executive order "initiating the process for approving" the construction of the pipeline, which is a 1,100-mile crude oil pipeline that would connect oil production in Alberta, Canada to refiners in the United States.
U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) called the order a "breath of fresh air."...
