Vets4Energy and South Carolina Energy Forum discuss energy issues with attendees April 8, 2015
The event was organized by the South Carolina Veteran’s Advocacy Council and included a special segment "Welcome Home for Vietnam Veterans."
In attendance were groups suh as local chapters of the American Legion, Blue Star Mothers, Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Vietnam Veterans of America, an the South Carolina Combat Veterans Association. Staffers from Conressmen's Joe Wilson and Tom Rice were also present, as well as Medal of Honor Recipient Major General James Livingston (USMC, Ret).
Vets4Energy, along with the South Carolina Energy Forum, hosted two tables talking about the Vets4Energy program and helping atttenedees better understand the connections between energy security and national security. Also distributed 125 boxed lunches.
