Policy briefing: National interest and security implications of Keystone XL

The Hill and the American Petroleum Institute host a policy breakfast Tuesday on the national interest and security implications of the Keystone XL pipeline.
The event features remarks by North Dakota Sens. John Hoeven (R) and Heidi Heitkamp (D), and former National Security Advisor General James L. Jones.
Following the remarks Associate Editor and columnist for The Hill A.B. Stoddard moderates a panel with industry and security experts.
