Paul C, USMC, Nov. Elections and National Security
August 29, 2014
When asked about energy and national security, this is what Paul C., USMC (ret.), New Hampshire, had to say:
National Security is the reason most of us have served in the military. Physical security of the United States, our families & loved ones, and the American way of life.
Recently, due to the discovery of huge oil and natural gas reserves within the country and offshore we have the opportunity to become totally energy independent. We can stop importing oil from countries in the Middle East that use the profits to support the enemies of America and our allies.
The upcoming elections in November 2014, offer the opportunity to ask all candidates just where they stand on energy independence for the United States and support only the ones who will support issues like the Keystone pipeline and opening more offshore drilling along our coastline.
Voting is our duty, voting for energy independence should be our goal.
