Vets4Energy National Liaison Rear Admiral Don Loren, USN (Ret.), was asked to join a press conference hosted by U.S. Senator John Hoeven (North Dakota) to highlight the broad support for the Keystone XL pipeline. Also appearing (not in photo) was Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Representative Lee Terry (R-NE).
