Q. What branch of the military did you serve under? What was your position in the military?
A. I served as a major in the United States Marine Corps as an Avionics Electronics non-commissioned officer specializing in bombing systems and auto-pilots of A-4, F-4 and F-18 Fighter Jets.

Q. What were your responsibilities in the military?
A. I was initially trained as a jet mechanic (F-4's), laterally trained to troubleshoot, repair and test electronics/wiring systems in all Marine Corps fighters and later became a pilot.

Q. What is your current position?
A. I'm a Senior Petroleum Geologist.

Q. Serving in the military provides great leadership skills. Beyond that, what skills and experiences did you learn in the military that enable you to be successful on the job?
A. Serving in the Marine Corps instilled within me an unwavering dedication to the task, determination (can-do-spirit) to tackle the most difficult of challenges, the ability to work well as a team member toward a common goal and the ability to think outside of the box while solving complex technical and logistical issues.
