Q. What branch of the military did you serve under? What was your position in the military?
A. I was a Major in the U.S. Army.

Q. What were your responsibilities in the military?
A. I led an Airborne Infantry company in Panama, led a Platoon in a Ranger Battalion (1/75th) at Ft Stewart, and commanded the Mechanized Infantry Company in the 24th Infantry Division.

Q. What is your current position?
A. I'm the General Manager, Algeria Operations for Anadarko Petroleum Company.

Q. Serving in the military provides great leadership skills. Beyond that, what skills and experiences did you learn in the military that enable you to be successful on the job?
A. The Army gave me the confidence that I could successfully compete in a host of areas if I focused, planned and worked.

Q. Did you use the benefits of the GI Bill to enhance your education?
A. Yes, I used the GI Bill to work on my MBA.
