A. Navy, Senior Chief Petty Officer.

A. Leading, mentoring and developing Sailors while providing technical advice on various weapons systems. More recently served as Weapons Department Leading Chief for Commander, Task Group 56.5 Kuwait Naval Base.

Q. Serving in the military provides great leadership skills. Beyond that, what skills and experiences did you learn in the military that enable you to be successful on the job?
A. Technical expertise, integrity, loyalty and commitment to excellence are among the basic factors for mission accomplishment whether you're active duty or civilian. Consistently performing above expectations has always been a standard, and being a team motivator will always reap greater rewards by remaining focused on team goals rather than personal gain.
