James Pardo, Specialist, USA (ret.)

James Pardo has dedicated his life to serving and protecting his nation and community. He served his country in the U.S. Army with the 77th MP in Mannheim Germany and with the 25th Inf. Division in Vietnam. In his civilian life, he was a 30-year veteran of the Livonia Police Department; spent 12 years as a Court/Probation Officer with the 16th District Court in Livonia; and served 21 years as a Criminal Justice Instructor for Livonia Public Schools. He is a Member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Wayne County Detectives Association, and the Wayne County Lts., Sgts, and Cpls Association. He is also a past member of the American Society of Industrial Security. He is currently serving his second term as Commander of American Legion Post 32, Livonia, Michigan. He also attended Madonna University and University of Detroit, earning degrees in Criminal Justice.
