Charles Baranyai, Sergeant, USA (ret.)

Sergeant Baranyai entered the United States Navy and began a career of military service to the nation. He served in the Navy for four years as an Aviation Support Equipment Technician at the Weymouth Naval Air Station in Massachusetts. After a ten-month hiatus, Mr. Baranyai again entered the service with the United States Army as a Supply Specialist. Mr. Baranyai was stationed at various locations both in the U.S. and through the world. After twenty-years of active service, Mr. Baranyai, retired in 1997 as a Sergeant First Class. Since retiring, Mr. Baranyai has continued to serve the nation as a government employee at the United States Military Academy, West Point New York, first working as a logistics specialist and since 2007, Mr. Baranyai has served as a plans and operations specialist. Mr. Baranyai is an ordained minister with the New World Christian Church and a life Member of the American Legion.
